So, I went to Home Depot to look at prices and here is what I found:
Sanded Plywood:
- (1/4" x 24" x 24") - $3.94 each
- (15/32" x 24" x 24") - $4.66 each
PVC Pipe (all about 1/4 inch thick)
- (1.5" diameter; 10 ft length) - $4.87
- (2" diameter; 10ft length) - $6.45
- (4" diameter; 10ft length) - $18.95
Nylon Screws come in packs of 2, they have tons of sizes and they are all under $0.50)
I couldn't find polyethylene tubing, but I did find Clear Vinyl Tubing that looked like it would work just as well. The one I saw was 1/4" thick with 1" outer diameter and 10ft long for $6.99.

Thanks Sohna that was great! Did you find any corrugated plastic? I wouldn't think it'd be there but just wondering. Anyway thanks for the info!
I checked at Home Depot and Michaels but neither of them carry corugated plastic. I was hoping we could find it online.
